ok... i'm not sure if i passed the happy contestants part but i'm trying. a good reason to stay on my diet is that it helps me feel confident when i do stick to it. AND a co worker i hardly ever see said "wow...you've lost a lot of weight michele" last friday...so that made me feel good. i ran 4 miles on saturday. and stuck pretty well to my diet this weekend. much better than i have in the past weekends
