1st weigh in after a week of sub 1500 cal/days and no boozing (apart from weekend!). Still, I can't believe this loss and am just assuming its easier to lose when there's more to lose! 😀👍

I dropped loads in my second week and it’s slowed now, but I’m think the more you have to get rid off the quicker it does to start with, I’m now starting my exercise to tone as I go!i want to be able to do my job when I go back😊

Great result! I'm eating 1500 cal a day too and really hoping to see a result at least close to yours for this week, it's so cool! 👍

I’m struggling to eat 1500 since I’m eating healthier! Average last week was under 1000... just proves how much crap I was eating for the sake of it before I started!! Good luck 😉

Joanne same here! I started my diet at 1200 and was sooo nervous. First few days I was starving and thought I’m not gunna survive on this. 3 weeks in and I’m lucky if I even make 900 cause I’m eating such healthy foods and I’m getting fuller for longer now! Crazy how sticking out a diet can change 😍
