I need to stop with the binge eating. I am leaving for the Bahamas in 13 days, and it seems i do so god damn well during the day and then 9pm rolls around and i go absolutely nuts.. i mean 2000 calories crazy. I eat everything in sight. I really need to work on self control. Amber, you bust your ass off at the gym for two hours a day, stop ruining everything you do just for 30-45 min of happiness with food. Think about how much you feel like shit afterwards. STOP doing it. I know i only have a short time but I am determined that other then Saturday (bachelorette party) you will cut back to the extreme. Its your god damn wedding! Stop being an idiot. Put this behind you and move on. if you bust your ass for two weeks you can drop that last 5 lbs and look fabulous on your wedding day and in a bikini. Then one vacation enjoy yourself. Afterward, get right back into it. I need something to zap me when I want food or ice cream. I am making my promise to myself right now that I will change. I have seen the light. I dont need to feel horrible about myself every morning, I need to love that number on the scale. In it to win it. Tough mudder in October, honeymood in August.
