Guess its better than going up again. I'm struggling not to be discouraged seeing everyone's drops and seeing all the foods people are eating while achieving. I dont know how you do it. I'm in a calorie deficit, I'm very low carb, and I'm drinking my water. Where am I going wrong?

It sounds like you are doing well with the “how much” part of your eating... take a look at the “what” part. Are you getting enough protein? I try to shoot for 30% daily protein intake. Chicken, fish, cottage cheese, etc. Soluble fiber is also an important component for weight loss. It helps food digest and absorb properly into your body and it keeps you “regular”. I like to put ground flax seed in my yogurt but there are other good sources of soluble fiber. Don’t give up, you can do this!

Are you weighing/measuring everything? I have found I'm not the best at 'thinking' I'm doing great, I really need to log everything...

Everyone's body is different. Maybe you can see a nutritionist? You do need carbs for healthy brain function, I for one can't do low carb or I faint. I just eat clean and cook more from scratch at home. Less take away and eating out and more whole food at home. Balance is key in my opinion. Don't give up! Just find what works for you and how it makes you feel. That way you will stick to it! Good luck! And be patient. <3

Slow and steady. I understand how you feel. You’ll get through it and come out on the other side better for the struggle

Keep going it’s about feeling healthier not just the statistic of the scale

You are encouraging me! I also get upset when I see a gain on the scale, BUT!!! I see that you have lost so much weight, got back to your pre-pregnancy weight and going further! You are a fighter! I would hold your hand and say to you and myself “we gonna do it! Maybe slowly, but surely!”

It will happen, try changing your routine, maybe if you keep your body guessing it will make a difference. You otherwise are doing very well . You have lost a lot of weight. Congrats . It will happen again for you.

Sometimes what looks like consistent drops is the same ups and downs. ;) Count your calories accurately and move more than you eat.
