Yes lol. Gaining 2# and losing 1# of it wasn’t too bad! Let’s see if some of the last pound comes off tomorrow!

It's interesting to see how long it takes. Sometimes it's one day and sometimes more. It gives us an idea of how often we can have these meals.

Yep. Doesn’t help that I had over 2000 calories yesterday too lol. I figured I wouldn’t see a loss before vacation. I expect to come back around 123-125 and take a month to get down to about 120ish.

Even better!! I doubt that a few pounds shows on you because you're fit but it is good to have goals as well. You have influenced me in that I now do more push ups than in the past. I am not trying to compete but I like the influence. I now push myself to do 3 sets of 20 every couple of days. I don't think it will do anything to my arms but still I do need to push myself a little more!
