I had a few weak moments over the long weekend, so I expected a small jump. This week I am focused on changing my lifestyle and being positive. I need to remind myself to take this process one step at a time. I have committed myself to a jog/walk tonight and 90% healthy eating, hopefully this will help me get to the 69kg mark in a week. Good luck with the week everyone, when things get difficult, I remind myself that nothing great came from having it easy.
