I’m so frustrated. I work hard all week, stayed with in my calories. Got down to 207, had an off day on the weekend and BOOM!!! Up 5 pound. Right back up to 212. All That work gone!! I’m so mad right now! I KNOW I didn’t eat enough calories to gain 5 lbs but why does my body to this! It’s like I’m starting all over gain 😞I just want to cry 😭

I feel your pain Jubarry, this does happen unfortunately, however it is likely a combination of things, water retention mainly. Don't let it get you down, it's all part of the grind.

Thank you Ryan. I’m just keeping at it. If I do what I always done (give up) I’ll get what I’ve always gotten (nothing) just frustrating lol 😭

Jubarry, that happened to me when I consumed too much salt. I ate too many salted, shelled peanuts...poof gained 3 pounds! The next day I drank extra amount of water and my weight went back down. Hope that might help you too.
