Well it was expected with camping and all the high calorie meals (even though I used small portions). I am happy that I got in a lot of exercise as otherwise it would have been higher. Hope to do better next week. Though will be camping again. I definitely do better when hubby isn’t here. He’s an enabler and I am strong but sometimes he wears me down (not this time though). Lessons learned. Need to plan better when going away but it was so spontaneous this time. I even forgot my pillow lol.
