Day two of Phase one and so far it's been way easier to stick to it than last time, I might give myself an extra few weeks on Phase one to account for Christmas, if I can hack it. If anything I'll probably only add fruit back into my diet when my two weeks is over, gotta get this holiday weight off! Exercise has been a big help, and adding some green tea into my diet in place of a few of my cups off coffee. I just wish I could go outside to work out, it's been snowing nonstop for the last few days.
My overall goal is to be 150 by June, my grandfather is getting married and I want to be able to buy a cute (small) dress for the wedding :D
