I am back. I have decided to take my health more serious. My primary goal is to not have to use oxygen therapy- which means I have to shed weight around my lungs-especially. I am promising myself to work on my triggers, and become a disciplined warrior in my own wellness journey. I have what it takes to get this done. And if I learn to be patient- but apply action daily- then I will reach my goals and never have to start again.
