Thanks Laurie. I wish it were water, but if I'm honest, it's the aftereffects of that planned pizza indiscretion and the eating of higher calories in the last few days. I just need to avoid a panicked overreaction and settle back in to what I know works, albeit slowly. See? You don't have any of this to worry about because you stayed on plan throughout the season! You're the one kicking some butt!
