I don't even log the daily ups and downs of those pesky water pounds. I just wait for a drop to normalize. The fluctuations would drive me nuts. Keep on keeping on!

I agree with the others. Just be sure that eating healthy means tracking calories, too. There's a lot of healthy food with extra calories.

Don't stress too much! Make sure you are logging every bite, and sometimes when you exercise hard core, the muscles hold more water weight, thus causing a gain. Stay the course!

Your body will expand water molecules in order to maintain its current weight. this is common in the first few months of dieting. Weight and Strength training will also bulk you up because of the development of muscle. Make sure to eat fiber and other water absorbant

Like everyone said, it is normal. You'll see your weight go up inexplicably and down inexplicably sometimes. Just look for long-term averages and trends. Agreed with the person who said healthy food can be very calorie dense. Almonds, avocados, oily fish, olive oil...all considered healthy and all add up quickly.

Also, if you have been exercising remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but muscle burns more calories than fat. You'll get where you want to be when it's time to be there.

Perhaps you missed something in tracking. Tasting good counts too. Ask me how I know 😂

If it continues, you might want to have your tyroid level and gland checked out.

Hi, you could be retaining water or gaining some muscle. Don’t worry too much unless it keeps increasing.
