Feeling good,current ketones at 2.1mmol/L. Found out yesterday that the 6 week weight loss challenge I joined ends in 2 weeks. Other people in the challenge have been going to the gym twice a day and have racked up so many exercise points its not funny. Anyway I am currently sitting last on the going to exercise board, however the final test is going to be in-body scan and pictures so I know at least I have a chance. I am going to get a bit more serious over the next 2 weeks and see what happens. #zero cheat meal. Not so worried how I go with the challenge although winning would be good.I have set my own short-term and long term goals that I am currently on track to meet so I am happy with that.
