I've been following Extreme Fat Smash pretty well, although I may have an extra allowed snack throughout the day. I keep nonperishable things in my car (nuts, wasabi peas) to counter any hunger pangs I might get while I'm moving throughout my day. I'm taking an interest in running and ran another mile just the other day. I'm planning on trying for another mile today. It's tough but my legs are already growing accustomed to it. I had a flash of muscle memory while I was running the other day and I could see myself getting back into it again. I used to run years and years ago, so it was a nice feeling. We have yet another first communion (nephew) today, and then Mother's Day brunch tomorrow, so I'm sure this weekend won't be spent strictly following the diet. At least, now, I find that I don't overeat. Have a good weekend all!
