no clue how I am up .2lbs. so frustrating. yesterday was a low carb day. I ate less than 1000 calories and it was spread out over 5 small meals to keep my metabolism going. I don't think I am retaining water. sigh.

I have not tried intermittent fasting. I have to be a bit careful because I am hypoglycemic.

Don't beat yourself up for a tiny gain. It happens. I never weigh myself daily. I weigh myself once a week. Your weight will naturally fluctuate through the day. I would suggest adding 200 calories daily though. Anything under 1200 cal a day will put your body into starvation mode, and it will start to hang on to all of the fat, to keep running properly. Makes your loss slow down, and you will rebound to more than you were before. Slow and steady will stay off much longer. Good luck on your journey!!

fluctuations like that are just water weight as long as the overall trend is going down youre fine
