Been off the wagon for about three months now and gained 20 pounds. My achy joints are back, my scalp breakouts are back big-time and my hands and feet are cracking due to dryness. This is where I was are earlier this year before I went to the keto eating style. Looks like I gotta bet back on the wagon.
