Feeling good now was initially tired in the morning, Hit the gym at 11pm because I felt like it. Got Home at 12:20am had a cold shower felt great then slept at 2:45am due to insomnia caused by the Gym. Woke up feeling awful. Luckily my office is fully ergonomic and I have to deal with a lot of challenging situations that come along with ever changing dynamics otherwise I would have been a write-off today. Anyway lesson learned. Ketones at 1.7mmol/L
