More accurate morning weigh in.

I have come to the conclusion that I am definitely allergic to eggs. I tried the elimination diet and cut them out for a really long time, along with other things...Then I recently added them back to my diet and was so stupid to not realize alllllll sorts of awful and miserable symptoms kept creeping up and worsening.... And after like a month of this I didn’t put it together still... also I didn’t even think about egg whites being in my new protein powder. I let that slip probably because the constant fatigue, inflammation and brain fog from the egg allergy. Wow. Feeling pretty stupid. But now I am going to be very strict and cut eggs out and see if things improve. Wish me luck!! Also increasing my turmeric tea and probiotics until things get better!

Thanks! I know, both my parents are allergic. My original reason for cutting them out was they made me sniffle and I’d have tummy issues... but this time I have horrible aches, my face has a rash, it’s raw, cracked, angry and painful... and I’m always tired. But eggs are so easy and I love them. Before covid I switched to duck eggs and had no issues but they have gone from $2 am egg to $5 an egg where I live... 😭 so I need to find a good egg replacement for baking and “breading” stuff. I love making my pork rind breaded chicken strips For a keto meal when I am craving junk food!
