So I am down 2 pounds since refocusing. I am sore allllll over from doing boxing 2 days in a row. I think today may be a treadmill day as my arms and body muscles need a massive break. ugh. But at least I did it.. right? Right! And it paid off. 3 pounds from seeing those 320s I have been chasing....How exciting.
