Ran tonite after a 4 day break! That was the longest break I have taken since I started running back in August. Boy did I feel guilty. Not to mention the squares, chips and dip, pizza, chocolate, and whatever else I ate. I feel like a bloated fat blimp but I must have pms because I also felt like I could cry today. Back on track now, I hope. Love love love running!
