I cannot believe that I did not gain weight over the last few days! I didn't pig out, but I ate what I wanted on Thanksgiving and I have eaten several slices of cheesecake over the last few days. I thought I was going to have a lot to make up for, but instead I can get right back on track.

That's great! I gained about a lb. but I plan to work it off tomorrow. I'm still less than I was at last week's WW meeting, so that's a plus.
