I seem to have a pattern. I lose quite suddenly, and then stay the same for a week. Realizing this has stopped me panicking about the little up and down blips. I lose, I stabilize, I lose again. Overall, I'm losing at least 1kg a week, which seems sustainable. Anyone else notice a similar pattern?
