I’m not feeling well. I guess that is my reason/ excuse for not moving the scale. Yesterday I took the time to work out an easy to follow Menu mostly to take that daily thought off of me and to use up some of the over purchased food I have. I am good for the next 4 weeks. It’s a guide

Thank you les and Morgan. I am successful at least to not eat sugar wheat and starchy carbs. I must have too many night time calories
