Actually, I was pleasantly surprised about the trip. Exercise was slightly less than previous weeks. Since it was my birthday last Friday, I indulged with dessert on Saturday, and also ice cream twice over the weekend.
This drop has encouraged me to be more vigilant, but maybe that’s where I’ve gone wrong 😆 It seems when I behave, I don’t see downward movement on the scale 🙄
