Had my lymphatic massage which was quite incredible going once a week for the next 4 weeks. But I also ate very late so now I’m back on the regular fasting schedule I hope this weight keeps coming off more regularly.

Iv put almost 2kg on..all because I had a naughty weekend with the food.. So gutted, my weigh in is later. I'm going for a 7 mile power walk after work to try and claw sum back ☹️
