Thx Trish. I've got plenty to lose, so it tends to start off quickly when I begin Keto(ish) and often little loss for a day or two and then a bit of a whoosh factor. Probably should only weigh in weekly but will try to weigh in daily initially to try to keep focussed whilst still vulnerable to carbage cravings😉. Have lost 5Kg in about 2 1/2 weeks but that will likely slow down.
