The best i have ever done while dieting was with the help of fatsecret , I am so ashamed I am right back where I started, i love to cook , and i love to eat what I cook,because of bad hips my exercise is limited, I can do my stationary bike, and I perfer a low calorie diet. and I know what I should, and what I shouldn,t !!! I need to get serious , and stick with it.
