I don't think my plan is working for me, anytime I meet my 2700 cal goal or manage to exceed it my stomach hurts like hell, so I took my anacid (the mix mag) and Omeprazole but shit still hurts, so after 45 min of tossing and turning I finally vomited everything I ate except breakfast
Right now I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do since my stomach keeps rejecting food 😭💔
