Goodmorning everybody,
My mind was slowing down after spinning out of control for a month. I felt a bit better, but i started eating again. It looks like i either let out the feelings and go nuts or eat it away and go fat. Hard choice for me to make... feels good being able to concentrate again on one person talking, and actually knowing what they are saying.
anyway, i'll try to stop snacking, before its a habit again...
