Picture the Macaulay Culkin movie poster for "Home Alone"...you know, the one where he's got both hands on the sides of his face, eyes wide open and his mouth open in the shape of an "o". Well, that was me this AM when the scale dropped me TWO numbers!!
Now for those of you new to Atkins, TWO pounds may not seem like anything to get excited about, as you're probably dropping more than that at a time, as I did early on. But after 11 months, I typically drop one little pound at a time. In fact, after Induction, I think I've only dropped more than one pound maybe once....or twice? So today is a BIG DEAL!
That second pound may not hold for more than a day, but for today, I'll take them both.
