Ok, I have to be honest about how I lost all of the weight. The short version is, I had surgery on May 24th, there were some complications that had to do with the anesthesiologist ripping into my gums. I had to have 2 subsequent surgeries to correct that - I had bones fragmenting. I had that done on July 2nd and 15th. So needless to say, couldn't eat for 2 months or workout.
So now I'm back and obviously going to take advantage of the weight I've lost and try to keep it off. This will be the harder than trying to make my goal.
