Happy Dance <3 <3 <3 219.6 from 244 is ((( 24.4 Lbs ))) since November 1 2012 .. average 6.1 lbs a month slow but sure ..
I had already lost weight when I started FS Lord Please June 4th knee replacement I praying for at least 10 more lbs gone I know the lighter I am the easier I well be able to get around I Praise You in Advances for that wight lost and even more then 10 lbs hows that Faith all the way <3
