@acbelle....it has a very brief how-to and some charts of normal ranges (except for the bone & muscle readings!)...I will do some research online, as well as talking to my physician next week. I agree that I just need to track over time and not sweat the day to day differences. Maybe ignorance really IS bliss🤔🙂 @Matt...I laughed out loud about your comment😂🤣
