I have gone back and changed my daily weights to the old scale (since switching on the 9th). I named the new scale "Jack"...as in 'you don't know Jack!" and as in Jacka$$. That new scale has caused me such anxiety! It is touchy, moody, and fickle (not unlike me today!) Soooo...I will keep Jack around to check occasionally for muscle wt and body fat trends...but I have embraced the old scale and named her Jenny (still an a$$ at times...but easier to forgive 😉) Onward ⚔😁🙋♀️
