Yesterday I weighed myself and gave 60.7kg/133lbs, my belly was swollen because I ate mango with salt :(
I preferred not to tell because I knew that the weight I had gained was swelling. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and didn't eat a small amount of calories, I went over the stipulated. Today I woke up and saw that I lost weight 😍😍
