D 844pm: 175g poached sole fish, mixed vegetables, cucumber, 1 medium potato w parsley & dollop of plain yogurt, 2 water. Sn 1100pm: fruit salad (of 1/2 banana, 1/2 orange. 1/2 apple), 3 cranberry almond cookies, coffee, 2 water. 70.87g protein. 1194 calories. up 4 lbs in 24 hours. More weight gain. Tomorrow I am going back to 900-1100 calories, despite what nutritionist said as I don't want to regain any more weight. Lower legs & feet swollen today so maybe it is heart-related bloating???
