Woo Hoos are in order. I lost 1.4 pounds at this mornings weigh in.
Since I introduced my morning bike ride, it seems like it's kick starting my metabolism. I have a friend who is on Nutrisystem who is really pissed off because I'm eating healthy tasty foods and dropping pounds and she is struggling. It's actually lack of exercise that's slowing her down. Hope you all have a great day!

Her food may have a lot of salt since it's processed. Just a thought. Maybe she needs to drink more water. Congrats to you. Starting your day on the bike is a great idea.

Every time I see that commercial with Marie Osmond I am like really honestly. I remember reading articles when I was a teenager how they would fast monthly and eat only healthy food. And spending $45. at the store for the box of food and nothing looked appealing at all. Keep up the good work.

I tried it and the food was not to my liking and I ate all the desserts in a binge once. Doesn't work for me!

Thanks for the Woo Hoo's Deborahmarie1, SherrieC, Kris AZ and Puhpine. dra1018 you may be right about that. I just can't picture eating those bars for dessert. They have close to 300 calories in them and aren't that tasty. Yes, they do have vitamins added but give a nice Fuji apple and an ounce of sharp cheddar with a half a glass Pinot Noir anyday...yummm...now that's my type of dessert. I missed riding today. It's 83 but also a 25 mile an hour wind so my aerobics today was punching the heavy bag at the complex gym. Let me tell you...3 minutes of punching non stop and doing 10 rounds of this is a GREAT workout. Yeah deaby16, there are better and cheaper ways, it just takes thought and planning.
