@renderedduckfat ☺️ aww thanks. I think taking a year to get my life back every single day was worth it. You can do it too, one day at a time just have a plan and stick to it rain or shine. I can’t even explain how good I feel health wise. Carrying all that weight around was rough. I’m loving right now that it’s summer and instead of being hot and sweaty all day I’m enjoying the summer.
