Well, just counting carbs (with calories in mind) seems to be working as well as anything else. Down a tiny bit, but down is good! Started working out on my recumbent bike this week, maybe that helped, but I didn't really burn many calories this week. I did make 2 different kinds of cookies, sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies, neither of which I have eaten. All for gifts.
