Hi everyone, I know its been a long time since I've been on here and a lot has happened since than. My goal weight ended up no longer existing after I had a few harsh and upsetting things happen to me. After that I went back to stress and depress eating but its been about a year and a half now and things are slowly getting better so I am ready to get back to it. My goal is going to be 140 for now and if I reach that than I might go to my old goal of 125. I hope all of you are doing well, wish me luck. :)
