Okay so I’m like the biggest fast food junkie. I eat out like five times a week. Obviously I can’t do that if I’m trying to lose weight. I think the best way for me to start is to just count calories and set a limit of lets say 1500 calories per day. I think that’s reasonable and at least a 1000 calories less then I’m used to consuming everyday. Today is day one and so far I’m off to a good start. I had mushrooms, half a green pepper mixed with in with two scrambled eggs, one piece of toast with a tsp of margarine, Greek yogurt and earl grey tea. For the record what I really want is something from McDonald’s or Harvey’s.
