I am now suspicious of my electronic scales; maybe the battery needs to be changed. Yesterday morning I had gained over a kilo in one day, which surprized me although I had eaten about 2 1/2 times my calories (oh Indian restaurant buffet). I was unwell yesterday (probably due to my greed at the Indian restaurant buffet, husband ate the same and was fine) and had about a third of my calories so expected to see a slight drop this morning but not a loss of 1.8kg in 24 hours. The funny thing is that I can actually see the difference on my body. I am happy with the weight loss and will try hard to improve on it, back to real food and no more sweets and cakes (mostly).

Great loss! What scales have you got? I had the bellini ones from target and it gave me a 2kg difference depending on which tile they were on!

Could be the same brand but I always use the same piece of floor (not too many choices in a small van) and they are normally consistent. I can seriously see the difference in my body between yesterday and today - and I am feeling well again! :-) Thanks for your constant support.

also swelling often contains lots of fluid so as your swelling has gone down the fluid will pass through you.

True vegi, I didn't notice any swelling but that may have happened if I collected a bug.
