I am not dieting, however I have goals regarding my health. I have given up diet coke/pepsi in recent weeks which went remarkably well. I expected it to be a big struggle. I started making suntea to keep caffeine in the house and that helped, then I stopped buying it. Next, I cut it out completely, even when out shopping and such, which has always been my downfall.
I run 3-4 times a week 2-3 miles. That tends to keep my calories in check. I do not looooovvvveeee it, however, I love that it is quick, easy(haha), an effective.
So my goal is to stay around the same weight and continue to eat in a more healthful way. More whole food and less sugar. Though I must confess, we made cookies yesterday and they are very hard to resist. At least they are whole wheat:)
