Despite the fact that I'm not using this site as religiously as I use to, I want to update my weight. I'm trying to see how I do on my own and not get so upset when I go over by 20 calories. It always bummed me out way more than it should have. Currently I feel as though even without journaling that I making the right choices and staying within my caloric intake. I'm loosing weight more rapidly than I have for a while because I am doing hard labor at work again (for ten hours). It's better than any workout. I hope I can keep this up. Thanks to everyone for their continued support.

you know, I've been doing this for years and I still don't have the hang of guesstimating calories accurately enough to not need to keep track every day. that's a pretty big accomplishment just in itself. good work and best of luck with your success in the future!
