69,3 kg Bisher verloren: 15,8 kg.    Still to go: 1,3 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Verlust von 5,1 kg pro Woche

great job. I'm having trouble staying within my cal limit and also reaching protein goals .. seems like there's a science to it I haven't figured out yet.

I have been eating keto since February of 2018. Are you eating a specific way? Weight Watchers? Noom? I’m happy to help you with anything

Are you eating keto? If you are just starting out, you want to get your body fat adapted. If you have been doing it for a while, your grams of fat can be lowered. You want to be eating 5 to 10% carbs, 20 to 25% protein and 65 to 75% fat. But, don’t just go by percentages… You have to look at total grams of each category that you are eating.
