I suppose one of the good things about getting off track is that when you get back on track, the weight comes off like when you first start eating properly. Down 5.5 lbs in less than a week? I'll take it.

Watched the Sugar: The Bitter Truth video. The guy reminds me a bit of some of those eco-religious people. A little over the top and they won't let the facts get in their way. It could just be the diet flavor of the month. That said, you don't ever hear people saying you need more high fructose corn syrup and sugar in your diet so I certainly don't see any harm in it. I think I will take a look at significantly reducing the sugar I eat and see how that goes. On the other hand, I've had a negative perception toward starchy carbohydrates which may not be warranted. It probably stems from my previous attempt at Atkins. I'll have to look into that a bit more.
