Here I am, back again, over 200 lbs. Easter was bad, hubby got sick and bedridden on Easter Sunday, the stress is high, but I decided to get back on this wagon before it's to late. We will see what happens, I'm not even sure Low Carb is working for me anymore.

Don’t lose hope after achieving so much. You CAN do it😊. I don’t know about other people but I firmly believe that the only way to lose and keep weight off is to change my eating style permanently. I don’t eat any fast food ever and I (try) to eat much smaller portions of food I make. Special diets and fasting just don’t work for me.
