I have NO IDEA what I am doing on the weigh in page this morning.
I am NOT weighing today ....
BY 2:45 AM LAST NIGHT
I consumed at least two extra meals - not logged but measured by the half package.
Over 600 calorie intake - over the 1500 that I had earlier -
and still eating the snack bag of 28 grams of Lays potato chips at 2:45AM
before my short 5 hours of sleep -
and do not forget the 1/2 a banana -
since fruit is good for you!!!
ALL GOOD FOOD AND THIS TOO SHALL PASS ....and right back on the Path.
My old "Stinky" is PREPPING for that expected huge 3 pound loss by the end of May 2022.

Now I am in body pain and complete agony
since I "know" that I have a food/immunity ISSUE
that causes great body pain IF I DO NOT eat the right foods...I KNOW THIS.
Now - 3 cups of coffee later and half an Ibuprofen - I am still in pain.
AT LEAST I HAVE FINALLY STOPPED EATING FOOD OR ANYTHING SOLID.
