It is a breath of fresh air to be able to read your journal. Your positive attitude is just brilliant and I congratulate you. This is not seen too much on FS as it seems to me that the purpose of being on FS is to complain about not losing weight. Thanks, everyone. Puhpine, I don't write a daily journal these days. I just weigh in with maybe a short comment. I feel kind of shy in my journals, but I try to say something that will help others. If I can do it, everybody can. :)
