Morning! I am so happy to see this number on scale! Last night after work I had cocktails with a colleague who needed break up support.. We were "lucky" to know barmen in bars, so we got cocktails for "lucky hour" price - 2 for one price.. I drank 4 mojito like cocktails (in total at least 900 kcal). And, as I had no dinner and was good at breakfast (1 egg and coffee) and lunch (thin piece of beef steak and green salad), after cocktails I couldn't resist sandwiches.. So I ate up 4 sandwiches (grrr! also about 900 kcal) that I regret of course. I was sure to see the weight increase this morning, so I am so happy that I don't. But it just means I need to be good girl for the rest of the week.
